Newsletter Back Issues

The idea is that as time goes on, a full archive will be prepared. It takes a bit of time to do this, so you will need to be patient! Please note that I have tried to be as faithful to the originals as possible, and some of the early editions were a bit on the "primitive" side, and the photo reproduction even more so ...but endearing for it nevertheless!

The Maunsell Loco Society newsletter collection is complete, the earlier stuff though is still mostly to follow

Note: The complete newsletters are faithfully reproduced, but the rough guide here is to help you if you are looking for something in particular. It is not a definitive guide to the newsletters.

If you want, it is also possible to dip back into ancient pre-history! The fore runners of the Maunsell locomotive Society were the Southern Mogul Preservation Society, 541 group and 847 fund. They also had newsletters (after a fashion) and I located a few of them (no mean feat!). They are simple, but make you appreciate what can be achieved with a will even when resources are meagre. I'll add to these too as and when I have time.
